The march organised by HKCTU merged with May Day activities held by migrant workers in Chater Road, bringing local and migrant workers together in solidarity.


Thousands of cards expressing the demands and hopes of workers were collected in the lead-up to May Day.



Union members and their families marched under banners representing HKCTU's affiliates.
